Stand-alone services.
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking, dates will not be reserved until deposit is received.
If service is booked more than 2 months in advance, then deposit will be due 2 months prior to start of service. Unpaid deposits will result in termination of reservation after 3 attempts to collect.
Balance for all services due by first day of service.
Unpaid balances may accrue late fees of 10% balance total if not settled by end of service date.
Payment can be made via Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal.
Client must provide 2-week (14 day) notice of booking start date for a cancellation to any reservation.
If client is unable to do so, then the 50% deposit paid at the time of scheduling is retained.
If less than 48 hours (2 days) notice is not provided, then client must provide 25% of the balance owed from the initial booking amount as compensation for last minute cancellation.
If a pet passes away before the start of service resulting in cancellation of service a full refund will
be provided with proof from
your pet's vet.
If the client is to return early from their dates booked - no refund or discount
will be given, dates booked are to be paid in full by the 1st day of service (half at time of the
booking, other half paid on first day of visit), client is responsible to make sitter aware of this change asap.
